“My husband and I had the privilege of receiving the butter chicken ingredients and recipe. We saved it for a Saturday and made a home date of it (which is perfect with how things are in society currently). The steps were fun to follow and we really enjoyed cooking in ways we don’t traditionally follow. We quickly realized it was more than cooking, but also building flavours and celebrating fragrances and spices. It truly brought joy to our kitchen! Each detailed packet told a story and added a chapter to the flavours. It was so fun to do this! We highly recommend ordering a variety of spices and trying the recipes out. We are so happy to have been introduced to Asha’s specialized spices and recipes in the professional, clean and sealed packets. The recipe turned out so incredibly beautiful! “Ashi’s Rasoi’s spice packs create dishes that are so tasty. No restaurant in PG compares to the divine flavours that she offers. I made the butter chicken, tandoori chicken and aloo gobhi and they were all amazing!! The flavours were perfect! The korma recipe was easy to follow and the dish so creamy and delectable. The tandoori grill fish/seafood was a showstopper! We marinated Argentine prawns in the spice pack and then barbecued them. So flavourful and delicious! I can’t get over how much flavour there is in Ashi’s Rasoi spice packs! Far better than anything I’ve tried before.”
