Our Story
Ashi’s Rasoi started as a way for Asha to share her passion for creating high quaility Indian dishes. Indian cooking uses a variety of fragrant spices, many of which have significant nutritional benefits and healing properties.
The spice combinations used by each family are often coveted family secrets, passed down through the generations.
Asha started cooking at a young age in her childhood home in India. Her family would eagerly await the creations that would come out of "Ashi's Rasoi". Ashi is Asha's family nickname, and Rasoi is the Hindi word for kitchen.
Asha has always felt at home in the kitchen and wants to share that experience with you. Harnessing her years of culinary experience, she brings the authentic experience directly into your home.
